Method of administration
For preparing a tea infusion.
Preparation
Loose tea: Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 heaped teaspoon of Alpine Herb Tea and, if desired, strain through a tea sieve after about 3-5 minutes.

Store protected from light and moisture.
