Composition

Method of administration
For drinking after preparing a tea infusion.
Contraindications
Allergy to aniseed and anethole.

Dosage / Method of administration
Unless otherwise prescribed, drink 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows twice daily.
Loose tea: Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1/2 teaspoon (1.5 g) of anise tea and, if desired, strain through a tea sieve after about 10-15 minutes.
Filter bag: Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 tea bag and leave to infuse for about 10-15 minutes.
Duration of use
If acute complaints persist for longer than one week or recur periodically, consultation with a doctor is recommended.
Side effects
Occasional allergic reactions of the skin, respiratory tract and gastrointestinal tract may occur.
