Dosage / Method of administration
Unless otherwise prescribed, drink 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows 1-3 times daily.
Loose tea: Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over about 1 teaspoon (1.8 g) of caraway, freshly crushed shortly before use, and, if desired, strain through a tea sieve after about 5 minutes.
Filter bag: Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 tea bag and leave to infuse for about 5 minutes.
Duration of use
If acute complaints persist for longer than one week or recur periodically, consultation with a doctor is recommended.
