For drinking after preparing a tea infusion.

Dosage / Method of administration
Unless otherwise prescribed, drink 1 cup of the tea infusion prepared as follows 2-3 times daily.
Loose tea: Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 teaspoon (2.5 g) of fennel tea and, if desired, strain through a tea sieve after about 10-15 minutes.
Filter bag: Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 tea bag and leave to infuse for about 10-15 minutes.
In infants and small children, the infusion may also be used to dilute milk or porridge feeds.
Duration of use
If acute complaints persist for longer than one week or recur periodically, consultation with a doctor is recommended.
Side effects
In isolated cases, allergic reactions of the skin and respiratory tract may occur.
