For preparing a tea infusion.
Preparation
Loose tea: Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 teaspoon of heather blossom tea and, if desired, strain through a tea sieve after about 10 minutes.
Filter bag: Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 tea bag and leave to infuse for about 10 minutes.
