Preparation
Loose tea: Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 teaspoon (approx. 2.5 g) of mistletoe tea, leave it to stand overnight and then drink it.
Drink 3-4 cups of the infusion spread throughout the day.
Filter bag: Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 tea bag, leave it to stand overnight and then drink it. Consume 3-4 cups of the infusion spread throughout the day.
