Thanks to its high content of carbohydrates and valuable nutrients, this alkaline muesli is an ideal foundation for any kind of energy-demanding activity.

The alkaline muesli has a PRAL value of -3.72. The negative PRAL value means that the alkaline muesli has an alkalizing effect according to the PRAL concept.

Recommendation

Stir the desired amount of organic alkaline muesli into a porridge with hot water or unsweetened fruit juice. Rice, soy or almond milk are also suitable additions for an alkaline diet. Allow it to swell for as long as possible.

Fresh seasonal fruit can be added as desired. If needed, you may sweeten it with honey, maple syrup or agave syrup. However, the muesli already contains the natural sweetness of apple and banana.
