Preparation
Pour 1 litre of boiling water over 1 level tablespoon of Organic Premium Alkaline Tea with 49 Herbs and leave to infuse for 1-2 minutes. Then strain through a sieve. For a single cup, we recommend 1 level teaspoon.
Recommendation
In general, this premium alkaline tea should be enjoyed calmly and, if possible, after straining. This allows the complex interplay of its ingredients to unfold particularly well.
To support the daily fluid balance optimally, we also recommend drinking 1-2 litres of still water per day.
