For drinking, gargling and rinsing after preparing a tea infusion.

Hypersensitivity to sage.
Dosage / Method of administration
Internal use: Pour 150 ml of boiling water over 1-2 g (1 teaspoon / 1 tea bag) of cut sage leaves and, if desired, strain through a tea sieve after about 10-15 minutes or leave to infuse. Drink 1 cup 3 times daily.
Gargling and rinsing: Pour 100 ml of boiling water over 2-3 g (2 teaspoons / 2 tea bags) and, if desired, strain through a tea sieve after about 10-15 minutes or leave to infuse. Gargle or rinse several times daily.
