The spelt grain chamber cushion works like a dry hot water bottle. Its effect is based on the fact that completely dry spelt stores heat and releases it specifically to the affected parts of the body.

In addition, spelt does not cool down as quickly as the water in a conventional hot water bottle.

The filling is divided into four separate chambers so that the grains are always distributed evenly across the entire surface, regardless of the cushion's position.

The cushion is best heated in the oven at a maximum of 150 °C. If less heat is required, it can also be placed on a radiator.

It is equally suitable as a cold compress. In that case, cool it in the freezer or refrigerator. To prevent moisture, it should be protected in the refrigerator with a plastic cover.

For hygiene reasons, the cushion can be fitted with a washable cover.
