Directions for use
Spelt is an ancient relative of wheat and consists almost entirely of silica, which also forms our connective tissue. For this reason, the cushion adapts optimally to the shape of the human body and therefore places less strain on the muscles.
The organic spelt husk cushion can be used as it is as a purely supportive cushion. It can, however, also be warmed (40 °C in the oven) and may then also help to stimulate circulation.
Because of the structure of the husk, it must not be moistened.
