For preparing a tea infusion.
Preparation
Loose tea: Pour boiling water (approx. 1 litre) over 3-4 teaspoons of Pu-Erh tea and, if desired, strain through a tea sieve after about 2-3 minutes.
Filter bag: Pour boiling water (approx. 1 litre) over one or more tea bags and leave to infuse for about 2-3 minutes.
